Merchandise return policy
Grueter Golf is devoted to 100% satisfaction! We will accept, for return or exchange, merchandise purchased directly from Grueter Golf that is in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of original order. Ticket Return Policy
Tickets to Grueter Golf events purchased within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. While we understand that life can get in the way of golf sometimes, we cannot offer refunds due to scheduling conflicts, illness or other personal issues. Refunds for tickets to Grueter Golf events purchased more than 14 days in advance of the event may be requested. Please contact founders@gruetergolf.com for more information on refunds.
