Grueter Golf x NLU Mixed Troubles

This event will have some pretty serious and competitive golfers and is 27 holes (1.5 rounds of golf!). If keeping score isn’t your thing, this event might be a bit much for ya, but fret not: we’ve got the Candy Corn Classic taking place in 3 cities in October.

Listen up everyone, we’re hosting an event that’s going to look a bit different from our typical free-for-alls. Here’s what you need to know about this one-of-a-kind, first-of-it’s-kind (for Grueter Golf) event with our spiritual golf sherpas, the boys of No Laying Up. It is bound to be a rip-roaring good time and we can’t wait to finally start keeping score (kidding, sort of).

• September 11, 2021 at Watchung Valley Golf Club

• Ticket includes 27 holes of golf with a cart + BBQ lunch + Tee gift + beers

• Cost:

  • $250 individual

  • $480 for a twosome (small incentive to sign up as a team)

• Teams must be co-ed (but do not have to be couples!)

• Format will be some form of a quota game based on handicap (exact details to be announced in advance of the tournament).

• Players must submit an official handicap and GHIN number to compete. (If you are well versed in keeping score & following the rules, but haven’t pulled the trigger on making a handicap yet, click here to find information on where to get started— you don’t need a club membership to get one!)

• If you sign up as an individual we will pair you up randomly with a partner!
